At Math Peak Tutors, we genuinely care about our students’ academic growth. Every tutor on our platform is carefully screened to ensure students receive structured, professional, and result-driven lessons. We focus on consistency, preparation, and personal attention in every session.
That said, we understand that every student learns differently. If you feel that the assigned tutor is not the right match for your learning style, you can simply let us know. We will arrange a tutor change without any hesitation so you can continue your learning comfortably.
Refund Terms for Unused Classes
If, after starting your classes, you decide that you do not wish to continue, you may request a refund within 15 days of your signup date. We believe this time period is more than enough to evaluate the teaching quality and overall experience.
Refunds are only applicable to classes that have been paid for but not yet taken. Any sessions that have already been conducted cannot be refunded, as the service has already been delivered.
After 15 days from enrollment, refunds will not be available. However, we will still support you by offering a tutor replacement if required.
Please note that classes missed without prior notice will be counted as completed sessions and will not qualify for a refund.
Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
